Happiness is a decision. Even in the middle of when everything is going crazy, it’s still a decision that you must make to try to see some good and what’s going on.
Go to Webster and find out what real happiness is!
As for me, I try to stay far far away from where other people consider their definition of true happiness.
I think happiness is a real solid spiritual thing and spirituality and everyone else is definition of it, to me is superficial as hell.
There’s got to be a better recipe I could just tell you but it’s not in regular measurements as you would say when you’re cooking or baking a cake. My adopted grandma Leah used to be a pretty good cook when she was still alive, and I got a lot of her recipes. She really didn’t have recipes she eyeballed everything as she knew exactly how much to add to to set to dance the flavor into what was supposed to be whatever it was she was cooking.
I think happiness is the same way. You have to know what is important and what is classy and what makes your doubts inside and smile.
And I think there is a serious gold thread & thread of self-esteem they get woven into the stones of happiness in life.
I’m gonna stress that self-esteem has a lot to do with not being trashy. Self-esteem as a lot of high end items to that happiness to which you are pursuing that and usually when you are pursuing it, it’s right in front of you.
Classiness? I like to say it has a lot to deal with cultural perception. Cultural perception for me has a lot to do with how educated I am. Also has to do with my surroundings here in Florida. I like excellence.
Simplicity is also the key . Not having to worry is important.
That’s all, folks.
